Marketplace & products: Art and quantities are typically confirmed within 1–2 business days of your order, with production beginning shortly after.

Services: Kickoff usually occurs within one week of scope confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by service type and complexity, and are documented clearly in your project agreement before work begins.

Yes, we specialize in multi-location rollouts. Bulk pricing, split shipments by team or site, and logistics coordination are all included in your quote. Just let us know your locations and quantities during intake and we'll handle the rest.

Pricing depends on what you need. Services are typically scoped and quoted per project or on a retainer basis. Marketplace and product orders are quoted by SKU and volume.

We source and deliver efficiently so we can offer competitive rates without cutting corners on quality. Larger volumes often qualify for additional savings. All pricing is provided in writing before any commitment is made.

Yes. We offer flexible monthly payment arrangements for qualifying engagements. Financing can be requested at any point during the quoting or intake process, just ask and we'll walk you through the available options.

Physical goods: If an item arrives with a defect or misprint, we replace or credit it quickly. Custom-produced items cannot be returned once production is complete, we confirm all specs at proof approval to prevent this.

Services: Work is milestone-based. If a deliverable doesn't meet the agreed-upon expectations, we correct it or credit that portion of the engagement promptly. See our Refund Policy for full details.

We take security seriously. Our standard practices include least-privilege access controls, secure file exchange, and NDAs upon request. Technology engagements include documented security controls as a baseline.

We are CMMC-aligned and never sell customer data. For sensitive or regulated environments, we're happy to discuss specific compliance requirements during scoping.

For most service engagements, IP ownership transfers to you upon final payment. Specific terms are documented in your project agreement. If your engagement involves proprietary tools, platforms, or licensed components, those terms are disclosed and agreed upon before work begins.

Questions about IP? Bring them up during scoping and we'll address them clearly in the contract.

Yes. We support inclusive sizing, gender-neutral cuts, and tailoring options. Fit ranges are confirmed at proof approval, and shipments can be split and organized by team, department, or location.

Yes, we work with a trusted network of partners including IBM, Dell, Microsoft, Logitech, Cisco, AWS, Adobe, Salesforce, and others to extend capabilities where needed. Solomon Dynamics remains your single point of contact and is accountable for coordination, quality, and delivery throughout.

Domestic shipping is available for all Marketplace and commerce orders. International shipping is available to select countries based on our resale agreements, availability varies by product and region. If you're outside the U.S., contact us before placing an order and we'll confirm whether we can fulfill to your location.

Services are delivered virtually for most engagements, with on-site availability where travel permits.
