Return and Refund Policy

At Solomon Dynamics, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our digital solutions and professional services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request returns, exchanges, or refunds for products or services purchased through the Solomon Dynamics Marketplace.


Eligibility for Returns


Because most Solomon Dynamics offerings are digital, service-based, or license-restricted, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Returns may be approved if:


  • The product or service delivered materially differs from the description provided at purchase.
  • The customer experiences technical issues that prevent use despite documented troubleshooting efforts.
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error.
  • Physical items (if applicable) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-returnable:


  • Digital downloads and software licenses once accessed or activated.
  • Consulting or professional services that have been initiated or completed.
  • Custom integrations, prototypes, or tailored implementations.


Exchanges and Credits


In certain cases, Solomon Dynamics may offer:


  • Replacement access to equivalent digital products.
  • Service credit toward future engagements of equal value.
  • Adjusted billing for active contracts or subscriptions.


Return and Refund Process


To initiate a return or refund:


  1. Contact Solomon Dynamics Support at support@solomondynamics.com within the applicable return window.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation (screenshots, correspondence, or error reports).
  3. Our team will review your submission within 5–7 business days and provide written confirmation of approval, denial, or a request for clarification.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
