This Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which customers may request returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds for Solomon Dynamics offerings, including those purchased through the Solomon Dynamics Marketplace.
This policy applies to Solomon Dynamics products and services, including physical products, digital goods, software licenses, subscriptions, and professional or consulting services, whether purchased through the Solomon Dynamics Marketplace or through direct engagement, contract, or invoice.
Where separate terms, statements of work, or contractual agreements apply, those terms shall govern in the event of a conflict.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Return and refund eligibility varies by offering type and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A return or refund may be approved under the following circumstances:
Physical products, if applicable, must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, and in original condition, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Exchanges and Service Credits
In certain circumstances, Solomon Dynamics may, at its discretion, offer an alternative to a refund, including replacement access to an equivalent product, service credit toward future engagements of comparable value, or adjusted billing for active contracts or subscriptions.
Service credits are non-transferable and may be subject to expiration terms communicated at the time of issuance.
Return and Refund Requests
To request a return or refund, customers must contact Solomon Dynamics Support at support@solomondynamics.com within the applicable return window and provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.
Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method, where applicable. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Certain offerings may be fulfilled or supported by third-party partners. In such cases, return and refund eligibility may be subject to the partner’s applicable policies, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase or engagement.
